Full registration fees include:

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before Feb. 20, 2019- 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from Feb. 21, 2019 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after March 27, 2019

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The 13^th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy) will take place in Madrid, Spain on April 4-7, 2019. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
