Arrival from the airport to the Congress venue:
Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport is the largest of the country's five international airports. The Airport is located 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) east-southeast of the center of Budapest.

Taxi:
Budapest is well accessible by car from the Airport in 20-60 minutes from the City by the "High-Speed Road”. The taxi ride should cost approximately 30 EUR one-way. Most taxis from the airport will except Euro if you had not yet exchanged money.

Train:
Budapest Airport is relatively well accessible also by Public Transportation means. Passengers are taken by a direct bus service from (and between) Terminals 1 and 2, called the Bus 200E to Kőbánya-Kispest metro terminal.
Passengers can easily reach Ferihegy railway station (Budapest Airport Terminal 1) from the Budapest Nyugati Railway Station. The trains ease the travelling from the city center to the airport within less than 30 minutes.

Scientific Program
The CONy sessions scheduled for Thursday March 26, will take place at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, located at Széchenyi István tér 9, approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the InterContinental Hotel.
The two main days of the Congress – Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28, will take place at the InterContinental Hotel

The Registration Desk will operate during the following hours:

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the CONy Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Congress activities and social events.

Welcome Reception at the Academy
All registered participants are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place following Thursday's sessions at the Academy, March 26th, at 18:30. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.

Guest invitations are 35 Euro; please ask at the Registration Desk for further details. Payment can be completed by credit card or by cash.
 
Meet the Expert sessions
Meet the Expert sessions have been scheduled in the Scientific Program on Friday (March 27) and Saturday (March 28).
The full program and timing can be found here
These sessions will allow you to meet with experts in the field, to hold an intimate discussion and ask the most burning questions.

Each session is limited and registration is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks
Lunch and Coffee will be served for participants of the Congress according to the times listed in the Timetable
Invited Speakers Presentations
Thursday, March 26: At the Academy, speakers are requested to come directly to the session hall to upload their presentations prior to the start of their session.
Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28: At the InterContinental hotel, speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 3 hours prior to the session in which they are scheduled.

E-Poster Presentations
E-posters will be available for viewing via plasma screens on-site over the 2 main days of the Congress (Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28).

Climate
If you don't mind bringing a light coat, you will enjoy visiting Budapest in March – average daytime temperatures are 15 °C (60°F), an average low of 7°C (44°F) can be expected in the evenings.
